I gasped when I saw the pretty transformation of the Garden Suite at The Shangri-La Hotel in Toronto this morning. It is stunning – I wish my apartment looked this amazing, because this is definitely something to aspire to. #ApartmentGoals right here, people. Here’s a sneak peek into this suite for some home deco inspo:

The design team at House & Home Magazine have put their holiday touch on this luxurious room with faux fur accents, warm blankets and fun throw pillows throughout. There’s even a Christmas tree, the glow of warm candles and stockings waiting to be filled. The twinkle lights and garland swag really warm up the room as well.

Winter Wonderland Suite Living Room

My favourite part of this Winter Wonderland Suite at the Shangri-La Hotel is the wicker chair hanging from the ceiling. It’s a quirky unexpected touch. Indigo Books have also provided a curated library and a selection of home décor accessories from their holiday collection in this dream suite.

Feeling Festive!

The showstopper is the large private patio with skyline views of the city and the CN Tower. The bistro set is the perfect place for a nightcap with lots of greenery and Christmas sparkle. Take-away treats and hot chocolate are also compliments of Indigo.

The Winter Wonderland Suite is available from today to February 1st 2016 and starts from $3030 CAD a night. The rate also includes complimentary valet parking, chocolate covered strawberries and wellness breakfast for two.

I love the central location of the Shangri-La Hotel in Toronto, it’s right in the heart of the city and walking distance to great shopping at Eaton Centre and meetings in the Financial District. Momofuku restaurant is also located inside the hotel and there’s also easy access to the subway and streetcar.
