I spent St. Patrick’s Day at The Water Grill in Santa Monica. They have a gorgeous view of the ocean where you can watch the sunset while sharing one of their massive seafood towers with friends. The Deluxe ($75) serves 3-4 people and includes a selection of oysters, clams, scallops, shrimp, mussels, 1/2 lobster and 1/2 crab. Best served with a glass of champagne.
Ate authentic spanish tapas (above) at Bar Pintxo by the ocean in Santa Monica. They have a killer Happy Hour from 4-6:30 pm everyday. Sangria, beer and wine specials as well. Tuesdays also means a paella special with complimentary sangria!
