Where should we eat near Pike Place Market?
This was our dilemma on our recent trip to Seattle. The choices are so overwhelming and everything just looks so damn good. Paul and I settled on a modern Korean Gastropub right near our hotel in Pike Place Market.
We knew we were in for a treat, when we saw how busy Chan Seattle was and the crowd starting to gather outside for their phenomenal happy hour from 5-6:30 PM daily. Where has the summer gone?
Is it really August already?
There is no time like the present to get out there and squeeze as much ‘summer’ out of each day as humanly possible. I know this, because I’ve been packing our weekends full of activities and adventure now that I’ve survived the worst Portland winter in 30+ years.
I know what’s coming around the corner, so I’m trying to make the most of today. So comes – the summer bucket list! I got a bunch of ideas of what I want to accomplish and I wanted to share a few with you in case you were looking for some summertime inspiration.
Here’s what’s on my Summer Bucket List: (more…)
