Are you trying to eat healthier this year?
If so, I am on the same train as you then! First off, I am trying to accept that being healthy doesn’t mean I need to be PERFECT about my eating and exercise. I know there are days when I will fall off the healthy food wagon or skip a workout. Happy Lunar New Year!

I love Mexican food and I’m trying to cook more in 2017.
One of my all-time favourite winter traditions is making a tourtiere for dinner.
We usually make one for Christmas Eve and it’s a traditional French Canadian meat pie with mashed potatoes, onions and spices.
